Duties

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Utilise effective phone etiquette to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Analyse customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery.
• Engage in upselling opportunities by recommending additional products or services that meet customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide informed assistance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English.
